Leadership and Organisational Wellbeing

“The investment in senior leadership wellbeing can no longer be considered a soft option. It’s time to position it as a key priority.

I bring over 35 years of professional experience in global organisational governance and executive leadership, coaching, consultancy and training. My qualifications include an Undergraduate degree in Developmental Psychology, a Postgraduate degree in Teaching, a Master’s degree in Organisational Change Agency (dissertation in executive coaching) and an ICF recognised qualification in Coaching.

During my time as a global executive director of one of the largest not for profit school systems across South East Asia, Central Asia, and East Africa, overseeing over 200 schools (95,000 students and 5,100 members of staff), I gained invaluable insights into the workings of global organisations and the enablers and barriers to effectiveness.

I learnt through my own personal experience, that when leaders lose sight of their emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing, their ability to lead effectively is compromised. I have gained a deep respect for the significant responsibilities that leaders hold in the stewardship of their organisation's purpose, the development of the people they lead, and in steering their teams safely through times of change and transition.

I now provide services that support organisational leaders to enhance their own wellbeing and foster a thriving culture that is in service of their organisation’s core values and purpose.
