A Coaching Journey

It starts with a conversation
You’re feeling deeply understood,
You get a glimpse of the yearning in your heart.
You allow yourself more conversations that feel safe and supportive,
They help you uncover the blocks in the way.
You notice your heart opening, more and more every time
And out of the blue, hopeful emotions flow through
You feel happy and laugh more for no apparent reason at all
You begin to gain insights, your precious inner world comes to life
You start to make choices that somehow feel just right
And you’re more able to make changes for your higher good
Painful memories no longer trouble you like they did before, as you choose to release, and you choose to let go. Your reward is a heart with more peace and more calm
You start forming a partnership between your body and you
Responding to what it needs, so it can offer you its best.
Your interactions with people are beginning to change
They are becoming more meaningful and you’re having more fun
And now you are noticing that something has changed
With those people with whom it seemed impossibly hard,
They seem to have changed or have moved out from your life
You’re breathing more easily, kindness flows from you now
You interpret events from a more generous hearted stance
You’re entering the realm of the wisdom of your heart
Through the fear and strife, you see good in this world
And are connecting much more with higher spiritual realms
It began with a conversation, with someone who cared
And who wanted for you all that was most precious to you
Your heart is calling, it wants to be heard …….
